The well-rested Dallas Mavericks, coming off a defeat against the Los Angeles Lakers, will face the Boston Celtics, who secured a victory against the Houston Rockets. Former Maverick Kristaps Porzingis led the Celtics with 32 points, while Jaylen Brown finished with a triple-double.

NEW DELHI: The Dallas Mavericks are set to face the Boston Celtics on Monday night, well-rested since their last game against the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday, which ended in a 127-110 defeat.

The Mavericks were scheduled to play the Golden State Warriors on Friday, but the game was postponed following the unfortunate passing of Warriors assistant coach Dejan Milojevic.

In contrast, the Boston Celtics will be playing their second game in as many nights, having secured a 116-107 victory against the Houston Rockets on Sunday. Despite a lackluster second half, the Celtics, boasting the NBA’s best record at 33-10, relied on former Maverick Kristaps Porzingis, who contributed 32 points, six rebounds, and five blocked shots.
