Angela Cullen has finally returned to the racing world after parting ways with F1 legend Lewis Hamilton early last year

Angela Cullen has teamed up with former Ferrari academy driver Marcus Armstrong and was spotted in the Thermal Club paddock for the latest round of the IndyCar championship. The physiotherapist parted company with Lewis Hamilton during the 2023 season, bringing an end to an iconic partnership.

The New Zealander joined forces with Hamilton ahead of the 2016 season with their first campaign together ending in heartbreak as team-mate Nico Rosberg ended his run of World Championship triumphs, taking his one and only title at the season finale in Abu Dhabi.

However, Cullen helped to train Hamilton to a spectacular comeback, winning four successive Drivers’ Championship titles in the years that followed. During this period, the pair became extremely close friends and the British driver often cited the impact that his physiotherapist had on his success in F1.

Discussing Cullen’s impact last year, Hamilton explained: “I miss her every day. She was a breath of fresh air for me every day. She was always a great help during the seven years we worked together.
