Collin Morikawa who qualified for the second leg of the FedExCup Playoffs locked up starts in all eight Signature Events in 2025, the next pursuit, at least en masse, U.S. Open and The Open Championship are included with the berth in the TOUR Championship to determine the FedExCup champion. So, while Keegan Bradley emerged with the title at Castle Pines Golf Club in Colorado, there were 29 consolation prizes consisting of multiple promises to play in three majors, focusing only on the winner for a moment, Bradley’s victory secured exemptions into THE PLAYERS Championship and the Masters by definition, but the top 125 in the FedExCup at the end of the FedExCup.
Bradley’s exemption from PGA TOUR in the winners category also bumps out to his age-41 season of 2027, Bradley wasn’t yet in either the U.S. Open or The Open, so he’s among the respective 19 and 18 newly exempt into those majors.
Seven of the 29 added exemptions into all three majors, while recent major champions Wyndham Clark, Hideki Matsuyama, Collin Morikawa, Xander Schauffele, Scottie Scheffler and Justin Thomas already were exempt into all.
