The NFL season is already into its third week of the season, but it has already given the fans a lot of things to talk about. There have been many surprising results, and all have been as the result of a lot of remarkable plays that teams have designed and practices during the week.
Offensive coordinators and quarterbacks work together with the rest of the offensive players to execute the planned play to perfection so it will be effective and it has shown on Sundays so far. Even Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys have involved Kim Kardashian on this.
The long pass by Sam Darnold to Justin Jefferson, the way that Baker Mayfield has execute his plays to surprise many and even how the Los Angeles Chargers running game has helped them reach a 2-0 mark, but there is one play in particular what everyone is talking about.
The Cowboys’ new play
During their Week 2 game against the New Orleans Saints, the Cowboys were ready to snap the ball but then quarterback Dak Prescott called an audible; this has to do with the main celebrity of the Kardashian family, the signal caller started to shout “Kim K! Kim K!”
While everyone was ready to see what play got to be named Kim Kardashian, now the world will have to wait at least one more week as the clock on the first quarter expired and the team could not snap the ball before the whistle blew.
Kim Kardashian has been a constant topic of conversation for the team and their offense, because to call a play they need to work on it and that happens over the week of practice. Therefore, it is safe to say that Kim is running through every Cowboys player’s mind.

The Dallas Cowboys entered the 2024 season with high hopes, buoyed by an electrifying Week 1 victory over the Cleveland Browns. But in a league where every Sunday tells a new story, expectations can quickly crumble. And that’s exactly what happened when the Cowboys faced off against the New Orleans Saints in Week 2.

On paper, Dallas looked poised to make a deep run this year. Yet, their recent performance in Arlington left fans and analysts scratching their heads, wondering if the Cowboys are truly built for a Super Bowl run.
The Saints, led by veteran quarterback Derek Carr, unleashed a relentless offensive assault, scoring on every possession. Alvin Kamara was practically untouchable, carving up the Cowboys’ defense as if it were a preseason game. When the dust settled, the scoreboard reflected a staggering 44-19 defeat. This wasn’t just a loss; it was a statement from New Orleans, and it left the Cowboys reeling.
For a team that entered the year with Super Bowl ambitions, this loss felt more like a wake-up call. And no one seemed more aware of that than Jerry Jones.

Following the devastating defeat, Jones, the Cowboys’ outspoken owner, faced the media. While many expected his usual bravado, Jones offered a more measured, yet stern response. With Dak Prescott now the highest-paid player in NFL history, expectations for this squad have reached an all-time high-and so have the stakes.
Jones didn’t sugarcoat the situation: “This is extraordinarily disappointing,” he admitted. His voice, uncharacteristically calm, signaled that this loss could be a pivotal moment for the team. “We certainly didn’t see this coming.”
The Cowboys had looked solid in their opener, leading many to believe that the stars were aligning for a Super Bowl run. However, with this defeat, Jones delivered a pointed warning, reminding his team and fans alike that the road to the top is long and fraught with obstacles. “You can get to thinking you’ve got it figured out way too early,” he said. “We’ve got a lot of room for improvement here.”
Dak Prescott faces mounting pressure
As Prescott stood on the sideline watching the game slip away, the weight of the loss couldn’t be ignored. After being handed one of the most lucrative contracts in NFL history, the expectations are clear: nothing short of a Super Bowl will suffice. But after this latest setback, the noise surrounding Prescott’s ability to deliver is growing louder.
Jones’s message was as much for his quarterback as it was for the rest of the team: time is running out to prove their worth. With a loaded roster and a massive investment in their star quarterback, the Cowboys must regroup quickly to salvage the season.
While Jones remained optimistic about the future, his comments suggest that the team is teetering on the edge. “This is very, very early,” he repeated, almost like a mantra. But if performances like this continue, the Cowboys’ window of opportunity may close faster than anyone anticipated.
For now, Dallas fans are left hoping that this was just a blip on the radar-a fluke in what could still be a promising season. But with each passing game, the pressure will continue to build, and all eyes will be on Dak Prescott to deliver.
