Golf legend Sir Nick Faldo and his wife Lindsay Lady Faldo have confirmed they will be removing their personal accounts from X / Twitter at the end of the week.
The Faldos posted a statement to confirm they will be leaving the social media platform but that the Faldo Brands – Faldo Design, Faldo Farm and Faldo Series – will remain on X.
Despite labelling Elon Musk as ‘brilliant’, Faldoand his wife have taken the decision to step away from his social media platform since they ‘feel the growing number of posts with overly explicit content, including violent images, disturbing videos and aggressive language is not of interest to us or healthy for anyone to experience’.
