Bills’ Josh Allen Moves Into New QB Tier While Still Underrated

Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen had a 2024 campaign to remember as he scooped the NFL MVP award after a stellar regular season.

While the Bills again fell short in the postseason at the hands of the Kansas City Chiefs and Patrick Mahomes, there was still plenty to be excited about for Bills Mafia.

The offense under Joe Brady was explosive, with Allen reeling in his turnovers and becoming a machine of efficiency both in the air and on the ground en route to 40 total touchdowns and just 11 total turnovers.Such was Allen’s year, he solidified himself as one of the NFL’s best. In Dan Pizzuta’s quarterback rankings list for the 33rd Team, Allen lands at No. 3, in the “Makes Life Easier” tier with Lamar Jackson and Patrick Mahomes.

Allen’s presence alone sets a high floor, making it easier to build around him,” Pizzuta writes. “The Bills might be more likely to keep course and allow the young players to develop at receiver, but as we saw with the Amari Cooper trade, Buffalo is not averse to taking a swing at a potential No. 1 if available.
